From its inception in April 1978 as DePasquale Markham Thompson Wilson Architects & Planners, DTW has had as its primary focus professional design and commitment to our clients. This purpose includes the analysis and definition of our client's program in order that quality architecture be achieved in the fulfillment of those needs, within the allotted budget and time schedule. Principals Robert Sotolongo and Paul Young lead an experienced and talented staff.
In 1992 the firm name changed to DTW Architects & Planners, Ltd. To date, DTW has designed Educational and other Institutional Facilities, Art Centers, Office Buildings, Residences and Religious Facilities totaling over $700 million. To meet the needs of our clients, our professional services have expanded to include total project management, master planning, facility evaluations, sustainable design, LEED implementation and in-house computer modeling. DTW is active in many local civic activities and is a leader in AIANC, NCEFP, and USGBC.
DTW Architects has been involved in the design and construction administration of numerous public buildings for more than thirty years.
